Lead SMB Revenue Enhancement & Retention

1.Minimize customer churn by providing appropriate solutions
2. Design effective collection management
3. Develop appropriate tools, processes and alerts to minimize
regulatory related churn such as negative verification, DND violation,
CAF non-compliance, etc
4. Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate churns due to repetitive
generic issues
5. Identify opportunities for cross sell and upsell
6. Identify triggers and develop programs to prevent revenue erosion and
leakage
7. Design and drive initiatives and programs to drive business and
revenue
8. Create and drive programs for cross sell and upsell
9. Evaluate effectiveness of programs 15 - 20 years
