Job Description :
- The Automation Lead is responsible for defining, implementing, and scaling enterprise-wide automation strategies.
- This role ensures the successful adoption of automation technologies and other intelligent solutions.
- The Lead will create a centralized governance model, develop best practices, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Expert in programming language C# and TypeScript, automating .net technologies and developing frameworks from scratch.
- 12+ years of experience in automating .net technologies and developing automation framework using different design patterns for Web and API.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading large scale automation initiatives, deep understanding of automation principles, tools, and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, onboarding and training new joiners.
- Proven expertise in API Automation using C#.
- Proven expertise in Web automation using Playwright with Typescript.
- Expertise in BDD Framework using Cucumber and Reqnroll.
- Expertise in Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Expertise with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Mocking Mechanism such as Wiremock, or any equivalent tool, is essential.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in Agile.
- Prior experience in managing automation team, overseeing daily operations, managing team's performance, and ensuring the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong analytical skills to assess processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
