As a leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring a Devops Lead (L3) to be deployed at our client site, which is a global technology infrastructure services provider specializing in IT solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation.

They focus on managing complex enterprise systems with expertise in hybrid cloud, network modernization, and cybersecurity.

Purpose :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Devops Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in managing Rancher Kubernetes clusters, along with strong experience in Kafka, Redis, Postgres, and Jenkins.

This role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of critical systems.

Experience Required : 8+ years of experience in Devops

Qualifications : BE/B.Tech/Graduation in computer science or related field.

Location : Gurugram

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Mandatory Skills : Exposure to Kubernetes (L3), Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, Kong

Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimize Rancher Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.

- Lead and mentor DevOps engineers in implementing and maintaining cloud-native applications.

- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

- Automate infrastructure and application deployments using tools like Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.

- Configure and manage containerized applications using Docker and container orchestration tools like Rancher.

- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with best practices.

- Collaborate with development teams to bridge the gap between development and operations.

- Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

- Stay updated on the latest DevOps tools and technologies.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.

- BE/B.Tech/Graduation in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong expertise in Kubernetes (L3) and container orchestration technologies (Rancher).

- In-depth knowledge of cloud-native technologies (Docker, microservices).

- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka) and data stores (Redis, PostgreSQL).

- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).

- Experience with API Gateway (Kong) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
