Role & responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for finalisation of Balance Sheet, Statutory Auditing, Corporate Governance, Financial Reporting, MIS, and Statutory Compliances.

Experience

• Proven experience in Finalisation of Balance Sheet & Management Reporting.
• Extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and risk management.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Industry Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the automotive industry/sector and understanding of its financial dynamics.

Technology Proficiency:

• Proficient in SAP software/ Oracle and MS Office Suite.
