Software Engineer - AI ML

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models, with a strong focus on Generative AI applications.
• Design and train machine learning pipelines using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI/ML can add value to business objectives.
• Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) and other generative models for specific tasks and domains.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Conduct research on the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend actionable solutions for implementation.
• Evaluate and enhance model performance through systematic experimentation, testing, and iteration.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all AI/ML processes and solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, DALL•E, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
• Proficiency in working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with fine-tuning and deploying large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
