Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Identify and acquire new clients through various sales and networking strategies.
• Promote and sell our financial products and services, including:
  
• Equity Trading Accounts
• KYC and Demat Accounts
• Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
• Wealth Products
• Third-Party Products: Mutual Funds, SIPs, Bonds, Unlisted Shares, and Insurance
• APP Product
• Franchisee and Channel Partner Acquisition & Management etc.
• Provide clients with customized investment solutions based on their financial goals.
• Educate and guide clients about stock market trends, investment options, and financial planning.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with the internal teams to streamline sales processes and achieve business targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, financial products, or the stockbroking industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Knowledge of stock markets, mutual funds, insurance, and investment products is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
