3.Payroll & Compliance, payroll, ensure adherence to labor laws &company policies.

4.Training & Development: Organize training programs to upskill employees.

5.Performance Management implementation of performance evaluation systems.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience of 1-3 years in HR or a related role.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

5.Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
