IT Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our companys computing needs.

The successful candidate will have improved skills, proven professional experience, and a detailed knowledge of the industrys best practice processes.

Job Description:-

1. Manage information technology and computer systems
2. Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
3. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
4. Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
5. Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
6. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
7. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
8. Audit systems and assess their outcomes
9. Preserve assets, information security and control structures
10. Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements and skills:-

1. Proven working experience as an IT professional or relevant experience.
2. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
3. Expertise in data centre management and data governance
4. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
5. Ability to manage personnel
6. BE/BTech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science,  or a similar field
