Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Installation and Maintenance:
  
• Assemble, install, and configure computer systems, servers, printers, and other hardware devices.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
  
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues promptly.
• Provide technical support for end-users regarding hardware problems and ensure minimal downtime.
• Network and Device Connectivity:
  
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
• Ensure seamless connectivity for all hardware devices within the organization.
• Inventory and Procurement:
  
• Maintain an updated inventory of hardware assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  
• Document hardware configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Prepare periodic reports on hardware performance and issues.

• Technical Skills:
  
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts.
