1. Responsible for Operations of 108 Ambulances in the assigned district(s).
2. leading Team on operational area.
3. Responsible for Partner relations, leveraging Govt. Relations in the Districts.
4. Adhere to SLAs on conduct Executive Committee meeting with the District Collectors.
5. Represent JAES once in every quarter.
6. In all review meetings in the District conducted by Govt. Authorities Handling operations issues and escalations from key stake holders in the District.
7. Maintaining good Relations in Hospital to ensure prompt care of patients taken by 108 ambulances Responsible for handling maximum emergencies possible in the assigned territory through the optimum utilization of available resources through proper manpower planning & positioning.
8. Coordination with fleet team to ensure maximum uptime of ambulances.
9. Effectively managing and motivating ground staff for smooth operations.
10. Ensure cordial relations with the Media, conduct Press meets periodically, and ensure optimal media coverage of about 108 services in the assigned area of operations.
11. Develop comprehensive plans to conduct EM training programs in the assigned territory.
12. Conducting brand awareness activities, public engagement activities, Presentations, and Events, etc.
13. Identify and develop New Vendors (Fleet, Fuel, Oxygen) in district/ assigned area of operations and effectively manage vendor relations for smooth operations.
14. Driving Key Initiatives for strengthening operations.
