Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Identify the market potential and based on that expand the area to generate the business. Engage in performance evaluation process of Area sales Executive. Travelling to potential distributors within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with distributors to close sales.Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with distributors.Provide training to the team on presentation improvement, negotiation skills, Client/Site.visit improvisation, communication while doing follow-ups, approaching clients and Closing the deals etc. generate effective sales.Taking feedbacks to material sent clients regarding products and services and generate referral enquiries from them.Meet Interior Designer, Architectures and maintain the good professional relationship with them Maintain lead conversion ratio.Meeting with the sales targets along with Area sales Executive.Discuss monthly & quarterly targets with team and encourage them to achieve the targets.Handle clients which have the issues regarding products which is unresolved since long if any and resolve their queries.Handle and resolve issues between team if arises.Handle sales enquiry.Identify the manpower need to particular area/territory and help HR team in recruitment process.Maintain punctuality of sales team while morning calls and weekly meetings.Maintain enquiry generation ratio.Maintain CRM database of individual team member updates on a weekly basis .Verify DSR report of team on a daily basis.Verify all working of Sr. Sales officer and Sales officer.Retention of team. Conducting Market survey of competitors.Visit new city and stay there for its development while on initial stage.Submit monthly out city visit report to Reporting manager and output from that visit of Individual team member.Plan out city visit tour of Area sales Executive.Plan his own out city visit and discuss it with Reporting manager.strongPreferred candidate profile - Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills.Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Laminates sales, Sun mica sales, plywood sales, area sales, ASM, Hardware material sales Functional/industry knowledge Basic sales CRM knowledge and experience and ATS.Effective communication skills.Presentation Skills.Customer relationship management.Achievement orientation.Ability to handle high-pressure situations.Time Management Perks - The incentive has no upper bar.
