Reporting Manager: DGM Technical Cell

Purpose of Position: The purpose of the position is to ensure the timely closure of customer complaints. The position requires to co-ordinate with field staff, customers & company staff to ensure that the work is done.

Job Responsibility:

1. Training to field staff/ Customers in our product Range.

2. Handle customers complaints and close them within stipulated time.

3. Preparation of hand-outs/ product promotional material and product training material.

4. Documentation related to work performed.

5. Should be Aware of Immunology, ELISA Principle.

6. Should be aware of Customer handling, presentation etc.

7. Should have analytical skill.

8. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager
