Role & responsibilities

1. Responsibilities for development of vendors for Electrical Items and general materials.

2. Responsibilities for purchase of Electrical Items, Machine parts and General items.

3. Preparation of orders.

4. Filing work of department.

5. Follow-up with vendor for materials.

6. Follow-up with account for vendor payments.

7. ISO documentation work

8. Daily basis bill forwarding to accounts.

9. Audit of vendors and compliance.

10. Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.
