Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain Stock Register.

2. Maintenance of Batch wise I.S.O Register with FIFO System.

3. Order packing of dealers, Super Distributors, Institutional & other given by reporting manager through packing note with the help of helpers.

4. Order packing of Exports Orders given by Export Department.

5. Dispatch of goods through S.P.P.E.P.P. Courier.

6. Packing & dispatching of Demo Samples for sales team.

7.Packing & dispatching of tender samples.

8. Packing & dispatching of replacement items.

9. Supervise the kits packing.

10. Maintaining the log book of Batch coding.

11. Maintaining the log book of Cool Pack.

12. Coordination with Export Department & logistic Heads for product planning.

13. Maintenance of kits conversion vouchers.

14. Proper stock keeping of cold rooms.

15. Monitoring of Cold Room Temperatures.

16. Raising invoices of customers in ERP.

17. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager/Seniors.
