Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to customers, maintaining high-quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute logistics strategies, focusing on optimizing efficiency.
Analyze transportation costs and implement strategies for cost optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations governing logistics operations.
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff to ensure high performance and motivation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
In-depth understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation management systems.
Proven experience in warehouse management, distribution, and supply chain optimization.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
