HR generalist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  
• Oversee employees grievances redressal process, handling employee relations issues promptly.
  
• Ensure timely statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, and other relevant labor laws.
  
• Coordinate recruitment activities to attract top talent for various positions across the organization.
  
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the HR department.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field (preferably).
  
• Strong understanding of employment law, industrial relations, and statutory compliances.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
