Roles & Responsibility:
1. Operational Performance Management
i. Ensure 100 % adherence to Scope of work & KPIs as per the agreement with the customer
ii. Compliance to all safety requirements at site
iii. Overseeing Warehouse Operations like Receiving, Storage, Kitting & Line feeding & Dispatch Operations in Shift
iv. Will act as SPOC in shift for all End-to-End Operations
2. Customer Relationship Management
i. Ensuring customer priorities are met at desired timelines
ii. Overseeing the relationship with customer handled by the site team
iii. Take timely customer feedback on operations and drive for actions closure & improvement
iv. Actively engage with the customer.
v. Effective communication with the customer
3. Process and Quality Management
i. Adhere and improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Job Requirements: -
i. Engineering background with 6 to 8 years of Experience in Supply chain, IPWH/Line feeding Warehouse operations.
ii. Hands on Experience on Inventory Management, Customer claims Management. Cycle count Process
iii. Computer/IT knowledge Enterprise application knowledge /SAP, Microsoft tools excel, word, PowerPoint, Outlook
iv. Experienced as Shift in charge or similar role
v. Should have sound knowledge of Aftermarket/In plant warehousing
vi. Excellent communication skills
