Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee performance management, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Organize training and development programs for employee growth.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
• Manage company assets, office supplies, and procurement activities.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and address administrative challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and administrative operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling HR & Admin functions in railways/transportation/manufacturing/non-IT
• Certification in HR (SHRM, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience in employee engagement and workplace compliance initiatives.
