HR Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance of company policies.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Address employee grievances and periodic performance appraisals.
• Contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of HR policies, and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
