Regional Recovery Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle loan recovery operations across branches in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to control NPA levels.
• Manage repossession of vehicles and coordinate auction processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and collection agencies for default cases.
• Manage and train field collection teams for efficient recovery.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in leading loan recovery, preferably in an NBFC/Banks.
• Strong knowledge of legal recovery processes and financial regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel across North India.
• Proficiency in Hindi preferred.
