Collection Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding debts from customers.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan disbursements, interest calculations, and other financial matters.
  
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce delinquencies and improve payment rates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in credit collection, debt recovery, or similar field.
  
• Strong understanding of bucket management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers over phone calls.
