Collection Executive (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu & Kannada)-Mumbai Location

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to customers for collecting outstanding payments.
2. Follow-up with delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment commitments.
4. Handle customer inquiries regarding payment schedules, account balances, and billing issues.
5. Utilize effective communication skills to persuade customers to fulfill their payment obligations.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information.
7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and disputes.
8. Achieve monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
9. Provide timely and detailed reports to management regarding collection activities.
10. Continuously update knowledge of collection laws and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proven experience in tele calling or collections preferred.
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers.
5. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
6. Familiarity with collection software and CRM systems is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
