Job Description

1. Position Purpose:
Brief paragraph that gives an overview of the job role. Include some key

As greytHR has launched inhouse PMS module, pre-sales team is initially responsible for demonstrating the module to all prospects and parallelly we have to demonstrate and manager partner product which will increase the load on the team. Filling this position is very crucial to handle the magnitude of leads considering 2 applications for the same solution

2. Preferred Functional Knowledge (Skills & Tools): Highlight top 5 specific skills and
qualifications that are required for the job like Technical skills, Soft skills, Language
proficiency etc.

Should have knowledge about human resource management software, preferably with
previous experience in same domain or implementation knowledge.

3. Skills:
Performance management, HRMS implementation, PMS implementation, HRMS
presales, HRMS sales.

4. Key Responsibility (Day to Day Activities):
1.Describe the specific duties and responsibilities that the employee will be expected to perform on a day-to-day basis.

2.Gain in depth product knowledge to support sales by demonstrating the product to
customers in an effective manner

3. Understand the customer requirements and accordingly position the product

4. Good communication and persuading skills to interact with prospects day to day
basis

5. Documentation, tabulating prospect and product data to analyze and improvise
process on continuous basis

6.Cater to internal customer & requirements with prompt and timely responses and
coordinate to collect status reports.

7. Testing of product and providing inputs to product development team on identified
bugs and analyses product requirements from customers to suggest product
roadmap.

5. Qualification and Experience: Specific education, skills, and experience that the ideal
candidate should possess like Preferred qualifications, Skills, Experience, Soft skills etc.
Designation: Senior Executive - Pre-sales
Qualification: Any UG
Experience: 1 to 2 years preferably in similar domain
Other requirements: Willing to learn all modules of greytHR and PMS modules in
detail.
