Process Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• End to end coordination between various departments and processes to meet organisational goals
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline workflows, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation between departments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Oversee and track ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes align with company goals.
• Develop, document, and monitor workflows for key operational processes and ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and propose enhancements for increased efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver reports on project status, KPIs, and any issues encountered to stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Raising internal helpdesk tickets and ensuring ticket resolution

Preferred candidate profile

Exp: 2 years- 5 years

Any Graduate with good knowledge of MS Excel

Demonstrated a sense of responsibility

Meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion

Strong in follow-up
