Role & responsibilities

1. Execution of pre-quality checklist

2. Send the executed checklist to the office

3. Conduct coach quality check with the railway team

4. Ensure timely installation of coaches

5. Manage intrateam issues and keep the team motivated

6. Attendance of the installation team daily

7. Responsible for maintaining the overall quality of installation

8. Conduct sample check during installation

9. Ensure the security of installation material and that no material is lost or damaged

10. Report any unresolved issues timely to the office for action

11. Coordinate with SSE and WM regarding coach allocation, ICs, and Documentation.

12. Managing all warranty work and installation work

13. Responsible for Payment collection

14. Responsible for Pan India Railways and Central Railway.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate/B.Tech/BE from Electrical/Mechanical

2. Excellent analytical/written/verbal communication in English

3. Relevant work experience: Minimum 3-4 years

4. Candidate must have experience handling Billing and Payment collection in Railways & Metros etc.

5. Must have experience in railway installation and maintenance.
