Mis Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data in the company's database systems.

2. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements.

4. Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.

5. Automate recurring reports using tools like Excel, and Power.

6. Monitor and maintain MIS systems to ensure smooth operations.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.

8. Coordinate with IT teams to update and improve MIS tools.

9. Support the development of dashboards for real-time monitoring.

10. Document workflows and create user manuals for MIS processes.

11. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data.

12. Liaise with vendors or IT support teams for system upgrades and implementations.

13. Train end-users on MIS tools and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Educational Qualification: Any or related fields

2. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.

3. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced features like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

4. Knowledge of database systems (SQL, MS Access).
