Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operation Excellence department as an Executive. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.

1- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

2-Conduct data analysis and identify areas for process improvement.

3-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence initiatives.

4-Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management.

5-Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to streamline operations.

6-Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on operational performance.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

3- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

6- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
