Senior Executive - Procurement

Job Scope and Description                                                    

1. Receipt and Evaluate the requirement from Stake holders
2. Float the inquiry and obtain the necessary offer for evluations and carry out the negotiations
3. Coordination with External agency for PO making and material followup
4. Process the Vendor registration and Advance request as an necessary activity
5. Stake holder engagements - To have regular meetings to address the queries of Stakeholders and resolve conflicts
6. Preparation of MIS and update of same                     
7. Assist in decision making to the reporting manager             
8. Upkeep of contracts, complaince documents at a central depository
9. Monitoring of day to day pending tasks and complete on time as per directive

Prerequisites                                                                

1. Having basic procurement process knowldege      
2. Should have 4-5 years of Work Experience in procurement function
3. SAP MM knowldege is necessary                                  
4. Good in Written and Verbal communication skills
5. Good interpersonal skills                                
6. Self driven and motivated                                
7. Graduate/Diploma with decent academic records
