Job Description
Location : Head Office, Vile Parle, Mumbai
Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Civil)
Experience: 2-5 years
Role & responsibilities
- Contracts Administration (Client & Subcontractor Correspondences, MOM, LOI / LOA, Contract Document, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Pre & Post Contract Administration, Risk Assessment, Claims, Variation / Change Orders etc)
- Support the lead in drafting all letters, correspondences (Claim Intimation / EOT letter) and enclosing the supportive annexures,
- Document Management System Digitization of all correspondences / documents in Claim settlement process
- Preparation of salient features of projects
- Analyzes favorable and high risk contractual clauses
- Support in appropriate tracking of claims, contract, communications etc.
- Maintains the status tracker of Arbitration proceeding
