Preparation of Revised BOQ: -Preparation of Revised quantity of all Structure works( piling, pile foundation, pier, pier cap and U & I - Girders and Other Structure works. Preparation of Standard quantity of all Structure works as per Drawings and BOQ (Of Residential and Commercial Buildings) etc.

• Check & prepare estimation/rate analysis of projects for work order as per managements requirement.

• Scrutiny of subcontractor bills received from billing dept.

• Scrutiny of monthly reconciliation reports as per theoretical consumption / drawings with Bulk Material reconciliation

• Review of upcoming monthly consumption plan of concrete and reinforcement steel as per program provided by site.

• Site visit to review status of project. Review and submission of RMC Plant reconciliation

• Monitoring payment status for subcontractors for avoiding delay in subcontractor works.

• Review of Extra items/Amendments/Utility works work order for the sites. Taking proper explanation from site and process the same to purchase department for work order.

• Taking follow up for various other issues of site such as Taking debit notes, credit notes as per scrutiny and submit the same to billing department for process.

• Prepare final bill reconciliation as per tender quantities. • Preparation of Price variation for item included in tender.
