Maintain a detailed inventory of household items, equipment, and supplies, and initiate restocking when necessary.
Monitor and control utility usage to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
Vendor Liaison:
Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and contractors for various services, such as landscaping, cleaning, security, and repairs.
Review and compare bids from vendors, ensuring the selection of the most cost-effective and reliable options.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, ensuring quality services and timely responses to any issues.
Hospitality Services:
Coordinate and execute all aspects of guest hospitality, including welcoming visitors, arranging accommodations, and organizing events.
Ensure the highest level of service and attention to detail in all hospitality-related activities.
Oversee the housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property.
Security and Safety:
Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard the residence and its occupants.
Train and educate household staff on emergency procedures and safety measures.
Collaborate with security personnel, if applicable, to monitor the property and address any security concerns.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for facility management and hospitality services.
Monitor expenses, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports for the property owners.
Administrative Duties:
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence related to the property and its operations.
Prepare and maintain household manuals outlining procedures and guidelines for staff and guests.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and provide direction to household staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns, provide feedback, and ensure smooth operations.
