Solution Architect - Tech Presales (5-10 yrs)

About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a focus on technical presales for Server and Storage solutions.

- In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and presenting cutting-edge solutions to our clients, leveraging your deep expertise in technologies such as Supermicro, Infortrend, DDN Tintri, VAST Data, Cloudian, and Tandberg Tape Library.

- You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a technical expert during the sales process, providing in-depth knowledge and support to the sales team.

- Conduct client presentations and demonstrations of server and storage solutions.

- Develop and deliver technical proposals, RFPs, and SOWs.

- Perform technical assessments and provide recommendations to clients.

- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their technical requirements.

- Design and architect comprehensive server and storage solutions using technologies like Supermicro, Infortrend, DDN Tintri, VAST Data, Cloudian, and Tandberg Tape Library.

- Develop high-performance computing (HPC) storage architectures.

- Design SAN/NAS storage, object storage, and distributed storage systems.

- Create data protection, backup, and recovery solutions.

- Design hybrid cloud storage solutions and integration with cloud environments.

- Design and implement server architecture and storage management.

- Maintain deep knowledge of server and storage technologies and industry trends.

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in server, storage, and cloud technologies.

- Familiarity with networking protocols and infrastructure virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in server and storage solution design and deployment (7+ years preferred).

- Proven expertise in implementing and managing solutions using products like Supermicro, Infortrend, DDN Tintri, VAST Data, Cloudian, and Tandberg Tape Library.

- Experience in a Tech Presales role.

- Strong knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC) storage architectures.

- In-depth experience with SAN/NAS storage, object storage, and distributed storage systems.

- Expertise in server architecture, storage management, data protection, backup, and recovery solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and integration with hybrid environments.

- Competence in networking protocols and infrastructure virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Certifications in relevant server and storage technologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
