Umbrella Infocare - Solution Architect - Presales (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and pain points.

- Design and architect cost-effective, scalable, and secure AWS cloud solutions aligned with customer needs.

- Develop detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture diagrams, cost estimates, and implementation timelines.

- Prepare technical and commercial responses to RFPs and RFIs.

- Deliver compelling technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Showcase the value proposition of AWS cloud solutions to drive customer adoption.

- Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy cloud solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities.

- Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and addressing customer inquiries.

- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and trends.

- Obtain relevant AWS certifications to enhance credibility and expertise.

- Participate in technical communities and forums to share knowledge and learn from peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, and more.

- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Knowledge of networking, security, and database concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- AWS certifications (e. , Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps) are highly preferred.

Additional Desired Skills :

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning tools.

- Experience with migration and modernization projects
