Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing person to execute impactful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and enhance the visibility of our SAP services and product. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience executing digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, within a fast-paced environment. They should be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple projects to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaigns

• Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, to maximize open rates and conversions.
• Monitor email performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.

Social Media Management

• Manage daily social media activities, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
• Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Website and SEO Optimization

• Support website optimization efforts, including on-page SEO, metadata updates, and link-building activities.
• Work on WordPress to ensure the website is user-friendly and aligned with digital marketing strategies.

Content Marketing Support

• Assist in creating and distributing content such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, and infographics.
• Work closely with the content team to repurpose and optimize content for different channels.

Event Marketing Support

• Assist in the promotion and execution of online and offline events, such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with event goals.

Analytics and Reporting

• Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to help refine marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Certification in Digital Marketing
• Expertise s in WordPress, Email Marketing tool (e.g. ZOHO, HubSpot etc.), Canva
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and social media management tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
