Job Role: SAP PLM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PLM Developer to support our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHSM) modules, with a primary focus on PLM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and supporting SAP PLM applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP PLM applications to meet business requirements
• Customize and enhance SAP PLM modules, including Document Management System (DMS), Engineering Change Management, and Product Structure Management Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP PLM and EHSM modules
• Collaborate with functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities
• Ensure integration of PLM processes with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and SD
• Participate in data migration and data management activities related to PLM
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for all developments and enhancements
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new developments
• Provide technical guidance to end-users and team members
• Stay updated with the latest SAP PLM and EHSM technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Developer with a focus on PLM modules
• Strong technical expertise in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented programming
• Experience with SAP PLM modules such as DMS, Engineering Change Management, and BOM management
• Familiarity with EHSM modules and integration with PLM
• Experience with developing SAP workflows and enhancement frameworks (User Exits, BADI, BAPI)
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques in SAP
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of integrating SAP PLM with third-party systems
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development for PLM applications
