Area Head - Capital Markets - Real Estate/IPC Firm

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Origination of deals from PE Funds & Institutions

- Work across products - Debt Capital Markets, Stressed Assets, Corporate Finance

- Build and maintain relationships with real estate clients such as developers and REITs.

- Advise on transactions like acquisitions, loans, and refinancing.

- Identify new business opportunities and staying updated on market trends.

- Oversee the execution of financial deals and ensuring compliance

- Manage relationships with real estate clients, providing financial solutions and supporting transactions

Experience: Minimum 10 -15 years of experience in deal origination and execution in the real estate sector

Qualification: CA/CFA or MBA from Top Tier Institutes
