Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Director to spearhead the establishment and growth of IREU Learning Centers, ensuring smooth operations, stakeholder engagement, and successful student outcomes. This role requires expertise in project execution, team leadership, industry partnerships, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IREU Learning Centers.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Operations & Team Management:
- Oversee facility setup, logistics, and training center operations.
- Manage a cross-functional team of trainers, HR, marketing, and academic staff.
Academic & Industry Partnerships:
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, and corporate partners for student placement and industry-aligned training.
- Drive MOUs for on-campus programs and joint training initiatives.
Program Development & Learning Systems:
- Work with the academic team to design and customize IREU Certification and Autodesk programs.
- Ensure effective integration of LMS and digital tools for seamless learning.
Student Enrollment & Marketing:
- Oversee student acquisition through digital campaigns, campus drives, and corporate outreach.
- Monitor the enrollment process and ensure batch targets are met.
Faculty & Student Engagement:
- Ensure student orientation, ongoing faculty support, and effective mentorship.
- Collect feedback and implement continuous improvements.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize strategies for project success.
- Provide detailed project updates to senior management.
What You Bring:
Experience: 5+ years in project management, preferably in education, training, or edtech.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage operations.
Partnership Building: Experience in academic & corporate collaborations.
EdTech & LMS: Familiarity with education programs, curriculum design, and LMS tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to independently handle challenges and decision-making.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for internal and external collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- Project Management certification (PMP) is a plus.
