IREU Education - Program Director - Startup & Entrepreneurship (10-15 yrs)

Role Overview:

IREU Tech Education is seeking a Program Director to lead the PGDM in Start-up & Entrepreneurship program-one of our flagship initiatives designed to create the next generation of entrepreneurs. This role is pivotal to the program's success, requiring a visionary leader who can manage the end-to-end execution of the program, ensure industry relevance, and drive student success through strategic partnerships, world-class curriculum design, and robust operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Program Execution:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of the PGDM program, ensuring seamless operations across academics, admissions, student engagement, and placements.

- Define and drive program vision, learning outcomes, and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with IREU's long-term goals.

- Ensure the successful launch and ongoing enhancement of the program, keeping it competitive with global entrepreneurship education standards.

Academic Excellence & Faculty Management:

- Oversee curriculum development in collaboration with top industry experts, startup mentors, and faculty.

- Ensure the integration of practical, hands-on entrepreneurial training, startup case studies, and real-world business simulations.

- Recruit and onboard industry-leading faculty, mentors, and startup founders to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

Student Enrollment & Market Outreach:

- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to develop strategies for attracting top-tier entrepreneurial candidates.

- Represent IREU at national and international startup forums, education conclaves, and investor meetups to promote the program.

- Spearhead roadshows, online webinars, and outreach initiatives to increase program visibility and drive admissions.

Industry Partnerships & Startup Ecosystem Integration:

- Forge strong partnerships with venture capital firms, startup incubators, corporate accelerators, and successful entrepreneurs.

- Develop strategic alliances with IITs, IIMs, NSRCEL, and global innovation hubs to enhance student opportunities.

- Enable access to funding, mentorship, and industry networking for students through collaboration with key stakeholders.

Operational & Financial Oversight:

- Manage the program budget, financial planning, and resource allocation, ensuring long-term sustainability.

- Ensure full compliance with accreditation standards, university policies, and government regulations.

- Oversee digital infrastructure and learning management systems (LMS) to facilitate blended and online learning.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in higher education management, startup incubation, or entrepreneurship training.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of launching and managing academic programs or incubators.

- Deep understanding of entrepreneurship, venture funding, and startup ecosystems in India and globally.

- Prior experience working with academic institutions like VTU, IITs, IIMs, or incubators like NSRCEL is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and drive engagement with key stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, team management, and operational skills.

- Passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs and fostering innovation.
