Our mission is to connect people . As we turn from seed to plant .. we are looking for an experienced and visionary CEO to lead the company into its next phase of growth.
Role Overview:
The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, vision, and execution of the company's goals. This individual will lead the organization, managing day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values. The CEO will also work closely with the board of directors, investors, and key stakeholders to drive growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vision & Strategy:
- Define and drive the company's strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of the company's business model, ensuring alignment with market opportunities.
- Regularly assess the competitive landscape and adjust business strategies as needed.
2. Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, transparency, and collaboration.
- Build and maintain a strong leadership team, attracting top talent across the company.
- Oversee organizational development, coaching, and mentoring senior leaders.
3. Operational Management:
- Oversee the operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective scaling.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the company's financial strategy, ensuring financial health and profitability.
- Work with the CFO and finance team to create annual budgets, financial forecasts, and secure funding.
- Build relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
5. Product & Market Growth:
- Ensure continuous product innovation and improvements to stay ahead of market trends.
- Develop strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
6. Fundraising & Investor Relations:
- Lead efforts in fundraising rounds, working closely with investors to secure capital for growth.
- Provide regular updates to investors on company performance, strategic direction, and key milestones.
7. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure company operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assess risks and ensure appropriate measures are in place to mitigate them.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other executive leadership roles within a startup or high-growth company.
- People who have tried first hand entrepreneurship (not succeeded doesn't matter)
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the startup ecosystem and familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of building a growing company.
- Understanding of how portals work
Preferred Qualifications:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovation and market disruption.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field is a plus though not so important
- Fancy degree working with established brand name may like to skip this post.
