Position : IT Recruiter Admin Location : Rajkot On-site Experience : 1 to 3 years in IT recruitment or related roles Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in any discipline (preferably in HR or IT)
Skills : Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in recruitment tools
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and align recruitment strategies
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT talent through job boards, social media, and networking
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
Assist in onboarding processes for IT hires, ensuring compliance with company policies
Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives targeting tech talent
Provide administrative support for HR-related activities as needed
