It Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Recruitment:
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Full Stack Developer, Java, PHP, Node.js, etc).
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure the right fit.

• HR Operations:
  
• Oversee employee documentation, attendance, payroll, and leave management.
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Employee Relations:
  
• Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in organizing employee welfare programs and team-building activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (Java, PHP, Node.js, etc.) and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and HRIS.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in HR or related field.
