Role & responsibilities


A. Product Knowledge Training:

  • Ensure the sales team comprehensively understands the company's cloud telephony products and services.
  • Provide detailed training on features, benefits, and unique selling points of our cloud telephony solutions.

B. Sales Techniques and Strategies:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on effective sales techniques specific to cloud telephony.
  • Train the sales team on objection handling, negotiation skills, and industry-relevant closing techniques.

C. Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Keep the sales team updated on cloud telephony sector trends, industry regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights into customer needs and preferences within the industry.

D. Sales Process Training:

  • Educate the sales team on our sales process, covering lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Emphasize the importance of accurate documentation and reporting throughout the sales process.

E. Technology Training:

  • Familiarize the sales team with the technical aspects of our cloud telephony platform.
  • Provide training on demonstrating the product to potential clients and addressing technical inquiries.

F. Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new sales hires, ensuring alignment with company culture, policies, and sales methodologies.
  • Provide ongoing orientation to existing team members on new products and updates.

G. Sales Tools and Resources:

  • Train the sales team in utilizing sales tools, CRM systems, and other resources crucial for effective sales processes.
  • Ensure proficiency in technology for presentations and demonstrations.

H. Performance Monitoring and Feedback:

  • Implement mechanisms to monitor and evaluate sales team performance.
  • Provide constructive feedback to individuals and the team to enhance sales skills and performance.

I. Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to stay informed about updates, initiatives, and customer feedback.

J. Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions to keep the sales team updated on industry trends, product features, and advanced sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales/support roles, with at least 2 year in quality management from CPass Industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, with knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Sigma methodologies.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Focus: Strong focus on quality sales and exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word intermediate, Excel basic).
