About Us:

Parahit Technologies specializes in telecommunication solutions, SaaS platforms, cloud

telephony, and VoIP. We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to create user-centric designs

for our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & User Experience: Create responsive designs, wireframes, prototypes, and

user flows.

• Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to

deliver cohesive designs.

• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design

outcomes.

• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Design Tools: Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision (or similar).
• User-Centered Design: Strong knowledge of usability principles, information

architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

• Prototyping & Wireframing: Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and

high-fidelity mockups.

• Responsive Design: Knowledge of designing for multiple devices (desktop, mobile,

tablet).

• Front-End Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in Telecommunication, SAAS, B2B, CRM , Dialer, Software will be plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user

experience.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio: Must have a portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and design case

studies.

• Education: Bachelor's or Masters in Design, HCI, or related field. Certifications in UI/UX

design are a plus.
