About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website content optimization and ranking improvements.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking to improve website search engine visibility.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including site structure, URL optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with iServeU's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and leverage keyword research to drive organic traffic.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimization and increased ROI.
Website Management:
- Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurately represents the brand and offerings.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SEO and digital marketing initiatives, preparing regular reports for management.
- Use data insights to measure campaign success, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute specific digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO strategy and implementation.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the fintech industry and financial products/services is a plus.
