Main Responsibilities

As a NetSuite Developer in the Strategic Business Systems team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Netsuite applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to design and implement ERP solutions.
• Design and implement solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Perform system integration, data migration, and third-party application integration.
• Develop technical knowledge across CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), Integrations and other strategic tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Netsuite applications.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Netsuite systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest Netsuite features and best practices.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Conduct user training and support for implemented solutions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Netsuite certification (Required).

Knowledge/Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Netsuite Administrator or Developer.
• Experience of working with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Strong understanding of Netsuite ERP modules and functionalities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and/or integration tools is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is advantageous
