India Operations :

IRIS KPO Resourcing is a subsidiary of IRIS Software Group Ltd based out of 5th floor, Pottipati Plaza, Nungambakkam, Chennai, India. We are fully integrated with our UK entity in providing IT and ITeS solutions as global delivery centre. We do not have any other office in India.

Main Responsibilities :

As a NetSuite Developer in the Strategic Business Systems team, your responsibilities will be as follows :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Netsuite applications to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Work closely with the development team to design and implement ERP solutions.

- Design and implement solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.

- Perform system integration, data migration, and third-party application integration.

- Develop technical knowledge across CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), Integrations and other strategic

tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Netsuite applications.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Netsuite systems.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Stay updated with the latest Netsuite features and best practices.

- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.

- Take part in Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

- Conduct user training and support for implemented solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Netsuite certification (Required).

- Knowledge/Experience

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Netsuite Administrator or Developer.

- Experience of working with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.

- Strong understanding of Netsuite ERP modules and functionalities.

- Familiarity with Salesforce platform and/or integration tools is advantageous.

- Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is advantageous
