Mirketa - NetSuite Technical Manager/Lead - Suitescript (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

As a NetSuite Technical Lead at Mirketa, you will be responsible for the overall technical direction and delivery of NetSuite projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and implement robust NetSuite solutions, and lead a team of developers to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of NetSuite solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the NetSuite development team.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop custom code, scripts, and integrations as needed.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of total industry experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development.

- Strong understanding of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud development.

- Experience with NetSuite integrations and data migration.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with NetSuite ERP implementation projects.

- Certifications in NetSuite development.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of other ERP systems.
