Job Description


Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Operations Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer relationship management, sales operations management and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to internal sales team and customer service. Will be responsible for renewal of Purchase orders/Work orders, billings, collections etc and should be comfortable working with large data.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization:
Evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize the sales workflow.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales processes with overall business objectives.
Data Management:
Maintain and update customer and prospect databases to ensure accuracy.
Analyze and interpret sales data to provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular reports on sales performance metrics for the leadership team.
Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Sales Technology Management:
Administer and optimize the use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other technology platforms.
Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of sales technologies.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve sales operations.
Forecasting and Planning:
Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.
Assist in the creation of sales plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor sales performance against targets and communicate insights to the sales team.
Communication and Collaboration:
Foster strong communication channels between sales, marketing, finance, and other relevant departments.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales objectives.
Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
Process Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales guidelines, and compliance standards.
Conduct regular audits to monitor and enforce process compliance.
Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure understanding and compliance with established processes.
Qualifications:
  • Analytical Skills, Sales Operations Management, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • More than 5 Years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor s / Master s degree in Business Administration. Should have strong accounting knowledge
