Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge for the hardware configuration of ( HP, IBM, Dell, Intel ) Servers, SAN Storages, NAS Storages SAN Switches.
- Good Knowledge of physical rack equipment s installations
- Good Knowledge of TCP/ IP, iSCSI and Fiber channels protocols and replication technologies
- Good Knowledge of backup application like Veeam, NetBackup Commvault etc.
- Good Knowledge of AV application management, Vulnerability management, OS Patch management
- Installation, configuration maintenance of various Windows Servers i.e. 2012, 2016, 2019
- Installation, configuration maintenance of IIS
- Installation, configuration maintenance of MS SQL, My SQL Database.
- Management, installation and configuration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,
- Having good Knowledge on Esxi and VMware.
- Should have worked on Windows Linux Servers and Managing independently.
- Ability to understand Customer issues very quickly based on gathered information and fixes this issue.
- Basic Understanding of network, VPN Internet routers switches
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in technical / support.
- Experience in datacentre environment and its knowledge will be preferred.
- Clear technical role achievements track record
- Hands on Experience on Installation, configuration maintenance of various Windows Servers i.e. 2012, 2016, 2019, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Having good Knowledge on Esxi and VMware.

- Skills in presenting managing team and ready to work 24X7 if needed.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Team player who is flexible and excels in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Dynamic, rigorous self-directed personality
- Exhibits self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Fluent in English would be a plus
