Role Description:
As a Sales Operations professional at Convosight, you will play a critical role in optimizingour sales processes, driving sales enablement initiatives, and ensuring that our sales team operates efficiently and effectively.
You will use your deep experience, particularlywith Salesforce, to provide actionable insights, improve forecasting, and identify sales process gaps to support our growth in enterprise accounts.
A startup requires diligence, reactiveness, and ownership in a fast-paced environment often with fewer resources. You should be someone who has shown consistency in your performance within prior such engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization: Analyze, optimize, and refine our sales processes toensure efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline the sales cycle.
Sales Enablement: Develop and implement sales enablement programs to empower our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to excel intheir roles.
Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate sales forecasts.Leverage data and insights to enhance forecasting accuracy, providing a strong foundation for decision-making.
Tool Utilization: Leverage Salesforce and other sales tools to their fullest potential.Implement best practices for data management, reporting, and analytics within the platform.
Data Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales leadership. Use data-driven analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities inour sales process.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization, regularly evaluating and adapting processes and tools to stay aheadin a dynamic market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience with approx. 5 years in sales operations, with a track record of successin driving sales process.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate andinfluence cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
